We also offer our guests a unique culinary experience every evening, where our Chef, Jonathan Sharvit, gathers his guests together for an intimate meal. concocts a rich daily menu, staying true to the flavors of the Judean Mountains, Ein Kerem and the changing of the seasons. His cuisine is comprised of local produce and raw foods, including herbs and spices from Alegra’s very own orchard and hand-selected foods from the surrounding markets. Diners are invited to the Chef’s table or to private tables.

The meal is created and served right in front of the diners, while they are engaged in stimulating conversations with the Chef.
